We currently accept Visa, VisaDebit and Mastercard for payment at our online store. Our retail locations accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Direct Debit, and of course, Cash. We may require additional information from you if your credit card is issued outside of Canada or the USA.
We typically only ship within Canada and the USA. Please contact the store at shop@rippinggiraffe.com if you live outside of these countries and we may be able to accommodate your order, however there may be further shipping fees and increased shipping timeframes. All payments will be taken in CAD and your bank account provider will adjust according to their exchange rates.
All items are shipped via Canada post. Any items travelling internationally will be transferred to your local postal service by Canada post. Please note that your parcel may become untrackable at this point.
All payments are taken prior to item being shipped. Any duties, taxes or handling fees from your countries customs or postal system will be paid by you.
